Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using scalent.co.in, app.scalent.co.in, or any associated digital services, software tools, or client portals provided by Scalent, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the necessary authority to bind that entity.

2. Nature of Services

Scalent delivers digital revenue operations (RevOps) consulting, automated workflow setups, custom integration architecture, and cloud software services. All deliverables are delivered electronically.

3. Pricing & Billing

All service retainers, implementation packages (including ₹4,999 Digital Launchpad, ₹14,999 Search & Visibility Sprint, or ₹39,999 Growth & RevOps Engine), and platform fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) unless explicitly quoted in USD for international clients. Fees are payable in advance of service delivery or onboarding kickoff.

4. Intellectual Property

All automation scripts, templates, proprietary software logic, algorithmic workflows, and website assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scalent unless custom transfer rights or bespoke ownership clauses are explicitly documented and countersigned in an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

Client retains full, unencumbered ownership of all client-provided data, proprietary commercial documents, and confidential customer records uploaded into our platform.

5. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
